To see if a home suits you, we look at a number of things:
- How long do you want to occupy the property?
- Does the date of availability of the house coincide with your desired move-in date?
- Can we make good agreements with you (and with the other residents) about maintenance, for the apartment and for the common parts?
- What is the ratio between your disposable income and the rent? A good rule of thumb for comfortable renting is that the rent may be about 1/3 of the income .
- Is there a mutual sense of trust
- How many residents do you want to live with in the house?
- You must be of age and legally competent
- Is the building sufficiently accessible for your personal situation?
